Notice 05-05-2026 : Weed Ordinance: Sec. 8-1-4 and 8-1-5 The premises shall be free of all noxious weeds. The premises shall not have a length of grass or weeds that exceeds 8” in height. If either of the sections is violated and notice has been given, the Village may choose to eliminate the weeds or grass and bill the amount to the owner.

NOTICE of Tower Painting

VILLAGE OF WITHEE RESIDENTS

From August 2nd – 16th the interior of the water tower will be painted.  Water pressure may fluctuate.  Residents may experience cloudy or discolored water which is due to mineral sediments breaking free. The discolored water does not pose a health risk. Be sure to check water in a clear glass before doing laundry as it might stain.
