<a><strong>NOTICE OF DELAY</strong></a>

Notice 05-05-2026 : Weed Ordinance: Sec. 8-1-4 and 8-1-5 The premises shall be free of all noxious weeds. The premises shall not have a length of grass or weeds that exceeds 8” in height. If either of the sections is violated and notice has been given, the Village may choose to eliminate the weeds or grass and bill the amount to the owner.

VILLAGE OF WITHEE RESIDENTS

Due to technical issues, the Village of Withee won’t paint the interior of the water tower next week. Notifications will be made on the water bills, Facebook, website, and municipal building when it is rescheduled this summer.
