Notice 05-05-2026 : Weed Ordinance: Sec. 8-1-4 and 8-1-5 The premises shall be free of all noxious weeds. The premises shall not have a length of grass or weeds that exceeds 8” in height. If either of the sections is violated and notice has been given, the Village may choose to eliminate the weeds or grass and bill the amount to the owner.

It shall be unlawful for the operator or owner of any vehicle to park said vehicle on any street in the Village of Withee, between the hours of 3:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m., of any day from November 1st of each year to April 1st of each year.
