Notice 05-05-2026 : Weed Ordinance: Sec. 8-1-4 and 8-1-5 The premises shall be free of all noxious weeds. The premises shall not have a length of grass or weeds that exceeds 8” in height. If either of the sections is violated and notice has been given, the Village may choose to eliminate the weeds or grass and bill the amount to the owner.

NOTICE OF JOINT REVIEW BOARD MEETING
REGARDING THE VIEWING OF FINANCIAL REPORTS
FOR TAX INCREMENTAL DISTRICT (TID) NO. 2 & 3
IN THE VILLAGE OF WITHEE, WISCONSIN

Notice is hereby given that the Village of Withee will hold a Joint Review Board (JRB) meeting on June 2, 2026 at 10 am at the Withee Village Hall, located at 511 Division Street.  The purpose of this meeting is for the JRB to review annual financial reports on TID No. 2 & 3. The meeting is open to the public.

Persons desiring information on this review of financial reports may contact the Village Clerk at 715-229-4319.  A copy of the financial report is available for review, once it is prepared, in the Clerk's Office located at the Withee Village Hall, 511 Division Street and will be provided upon request.
