Notice 05-05-2026 : Weed Ordinance: Sec. 8-1-4 and 8-1-5 The premises shall be free of all noxious weeds. The premises shall not have a length of grass or weeds that exceeds 8” in height. If either of the sections is violated and notice has been given, the Village may choose to eliminate the weeds or grass and bill the amount to the owner.
THE VILLAGE OF WITHEE WILL BE FLUSHING WATER MAINS THE WEEK OF APRIL 20TH – APRIL 24TH. WITHEE CUSTOMERS MAY EXPERIENCE CLOUDY OR DISCOLORED WATER DURING THIS TIME. THIS IS DUE TO MINERAL SEDIMENTS BREAKING FREE. THE DISCOLORED WATER DOES NOT POSE A HEALTH RISK. BE SURE TO CHECK WATER IN A CLEAR GLASS BEFORE DOING LAUNDRY, AS IT MIGHT STAIN LAUNDRY.
