Notice 05-05-2026 : Weed Ordinance: Sec. 8-1-4 and 8-1-5 The premises shall be free of all noxious weeds. The premises shall not have a length of grass or weeds that exceeds 8” in height. If either of the sections is violated and notice has been given, the Village may choose to eliminate the weeds or grass and bill the amount to the owner.

Winter parking restrictions are in effect for vehicles on any street in the Village of Withee, from November 1 – April 1, between the hours of 3 a.m. and 7 a.m.  per Village Ordinance Sec. 10-1-25.
